About
Bernie Prendergast
I have combined work as a secondary school Art Teacher and mother with my career as a visual artist since the 1980s. In 2008 I took the brave step of taking a career break to pursue a career as a full-time visual artist.
My work is a combination of charcoal and pencil drawings as well as watercolors. My subject matter varies from wrinkled old men to beautiful young women (I have a particular preference for working with the female form)
